The location of the hotel is excellent (pretty close to San Zacarias Vaporetto Station).Room decoration is very original.
The bed is not very confortable. We would recommend to update the matress.

The descripton and photos from your site did not reflect the true picture of the hotel. The room was very dated up 5 flights of stairs with no lift!. We had previously stayed in Venice and the hotels were fine. The breakfasts were very poor and not much choice for the amount we paid for our stay there.

Its location, it is close to Piazza San Marco and also there are good cafes and restaurants in hotels neigbouhood.

The hotel was well positioned for easy access to all locations in Venice.
The aircon broke down but they quickly attended to it. Also, they advertise as having no WIFI but they do have it except the signal is extremely weak in the rooms.

It's very close to a traghetto station, making it an easy transfer from Santa Lucia train station. It's also right near Piazza San Marco.
